1. 서비스

Flouma는 퀴즈·성향 테스트·투표를 만들어 링크로 공유하고 참여 통계를 보는 서비스입니다. DoubleHash가 운영하며, 무료 요금제와 유료 요금제(Pro·Business)가 있습니다.

2. 계정

Google 계정으로 가입합니다. 계정과 워크스페이스에서 일어나는 활동은 그 계정 소유자에게 책임이 있습니다.

3. 회원이 만든 콘텐츠

퀴즈의 글·이미지에 대한 권리와 책임은 만든 회원에게 있습니다. 회원은 서비스 제공(공개·저장·공유 이미지 생성)에 필요한 범위에서 운영자가 그 콘텐츠를 쓰는 것을 허락합니다.

남의 권리를 침해하거나, 불법이거나, 다른 사람을 속이는 콘텐츠(피싱, 개인정보 수집, 사칭 등)를 올리면 안 됩니다.

4. 이용 제한

위 규칙을 어기거나 서비스 운영을 방해하면, 운영자는 해당 퀴즈를 내리거나 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 신고는 아래 연락처로 받습니다.

5. 서비스 변경과 책임

서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 기능은 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 유료 요금제를 도입하면 미리 알립니다.

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.

6. 유료 요금제와 결제

가격과 요금제별 기능은 요금제 페이지(/pricing)에 있습니다. 주문은 온라인 재판매자이자 판매 기록 주체(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle.com이 처리하며, 결제·세금·영수증은 Paddle의 구매자 약관을 함께 따릅니다.

구독은 선택한 주기(월간·연간)마다 해지할 때까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 워크스페이스 → 요금제에서 언제든 해지할 수 있고, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 유료 기능을 씁니다.

환불은 환불 정책(/refund)을 따릅니다 — 결제 후 14일 안에는 전액 환불합니다. 결제가 멈추거나 기간이 끝나면 무료 요금제로 돌아가며 데이터는 지우지 않습니다.

1. The service

Flouma lets you create quizzes, personality tests and polls, share them with a link and see participation statistics. It is operated by DoubleHash and offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business).

2. Accounts

You sign up with a Google account. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces.

3. Your content

You own and are responsible for the text and images in your quizzes. You allow us to use that content only as needed to run the service (publishing, storing and generating share images).

Do not post content that infringes others' rights, is illegal, or deceives people (phishing, collecting personal data, impersonation and the like).

4. Enforcement

If you break these rules or disrupt the service, we may take down the quiz or restrict your account. Report abuse using the contact below.

5. Changes and liability

The service is provided as is and features may change or be discontinued. We will give notice before introducing paid plans.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Paid plans and billing

Prices and plan features are listed on the pricing page (/pricing). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes and receipts under its own buyer terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Workspace → Billing and keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy (/refund): any payment can be fully refunded within 14 days. When a subscription ends or payment stops, the workspace returns to the Free plan and no data is deleted.
