1. 운영자

Flouma(flouma.net)는 DoubleHash가 운영합니다. 문의: https://doublehash.app/support

2. 수집하는 정보

퀴즈를 만드는 회원: Google 로그인으로 받는 이름, 이메일 주소, 프로필 사진. 회원이 만든 퀴즈 내용과 올린 이미지, 워크스페이스·초대 정보.

퀴즈에 참여하는 사람: 고른 답(주관식 문항에 직접 적은 답 포함)과 결과, 시작·완료 시각, 기기 종류(모바일/데스크톱), 대략적인 국가(접속 네트워크 기준, IP 주소는 저장하지 않음), 들어온 경로(referrer·UTM·공유 링크 채널), 공유 버튼을 누른 채널과 시각. 결과 화면에서 직접 적은 경우에만 닉네임.

참여자는 로그인하지 않습니다. 퀴즈를 만든 회원이 연락처 받기(리드 폼)를 켠 퀴즈에서만, 참여자가 직접 적은 이름·이메일·전화번호와 동의 여부·그때 보인 동의 문구를 받습니다.

리드 폼으로 받은 연락처는 그 퀴즈를 만든 회원(고객)의 정보입니다. Flouma는 고객을 대신해 보관·전달하는 수탁자이며, 이용 목적과 보관 기간은 그 고객이 정합니다. 연락처를 지우고 싶으면 퀴즈를 만든 곳에 요청하거나 아래 문의처로 알려 주세요.

3. 이용 목적

로그인과 워크스페이스 제공, 퀴즈 공개와 채점, 퀴즈를 만든 회원에게 참여 통계(완주율·이탈·결과 분포) 제공, 서비스 오류 확인과 악용 방지.

광고 목적으로 쓰거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 쿠키

로그인 유지 쿠키, 선택한 워크스페이스를 기억하는 쿠키, 같은 브라우저의 중복 참여를 한 번만 세기 위한 쿠키를 씁니다. Flouma 자체는 광고·추적 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다.

단, 퀴즈를 만든 회원이 자신의 광고·분석 도구(Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)를 연결한 퀴즈에서는 그 도구가 쿠키를 쓰고 참여 이벤트(시작·완주·리드 제출·버튼 클릭·공유)를 받습니다. 참여자가 적은 연락처는 이 도구들로 보내지 않습니다. 이 경우의 처리는 그 회원과 도구 제공자의 방침을 따릅니다.

5. 처리를 맡기는 곳

Cloudflare(서비스 호스팅·이미지 저장), Neon(데이터베이스, 미국), Google(로그인), Resend(결과 이메일 발송, 미국 — 퀴즈가 결과 메일을 켜 둔 경우 그 참여자의 이메일 주소와 결과 내용). 운영자가 사용하는 AI 퀴즈 생성 기능은 Anthropic에 퀴즈 주제를 보내며 참여자 정보는 보내지 않습니다.

퀴즈를 만든 회원이 연동(Webhook, Mailchimp·Klaviyo·HubSpot)을 설정하면, 그 퀴즈의 참여 결과와 리드(이름·이메일·전화번호·수신 동의 여부·퀴즈와 결과 이름)는 회원이 지정한 곳(예: Zapier, Google Sheets, 회원의 메일 마케팅 계정, 회원의 서버)으로 전달됩니다. 전달된 뒤의 처리는 그 회원의 방침을 따릅니다.

이 업체들의 서버는 미국 등 해외에 있을 수 있습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

회원 정보와 퀴즈는 회원이 삭제하거나 탈퇴를 요청할 때까지 보관합니다. 퀴즈를 삭제하면 그 퀴즈의 참여 기록과 리드(연락처)도 함께 삭제됩니다. 회원은 리드를 하나씩 지울 수도 있습니다.

열람·정정·삭제·탈퇴는 https://doublehash.app/support 로 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

7. 변경

이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

2. Information we collect

Creators (signed-in users): your name, email address and profile picture from Google Sign-In; the quizzes you create, images you upload, and workspace and invitation details.

Participants: the answers you choose and your result, start and finish times, device type (mobile/desktop), approximate country derived from your network (we do not store IP addresses), and the referring page or UTM tags. A nickname only if you enter one on the result screen.

Participants do not sign in. Only on quizzes where the creator turns on a lead form do we collect the name, email address and phone number you choose to enter, together with whether you consented and the consent wording shown at the time.

Contact details collected through a lead form belong to the creator (our customer). Flouma stores and delivers them on the customer's behalf as a processor; the customer decides how they are used and how long they are kept. To have them deleted, ask the organization that ran the quiz or contact us below.

3. How we use it

To provide sign-in and workspaces, publish and score quizzes, show creators participation statistics (completion, drop-off, result distribution), diagnose errors and prevent abuse.

We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Cookies

We use a sign-in session cookie, a cookie that remembers your selected workspace, and a cookie that counts repeat participation from the same browser only once. Flouma itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

However, on quizzes where the creator connects their own advertising or analytics tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), those tools set cookies and receive participation events (start, finish, lead submission, button clicks, shares). Contact details you enter are never sent to these tools. That processing follows the creator's and the tool provider's policies.

5. Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting and image storage), Neon (database, United States), Google (sign-in) and Resend (result emails, United States — the participant's email address and result, only when the quiz sends results by email). The operator-only AI quiz generator sends the quiz topic to Anthropic; no participant data is sent.

If a creator sets up an integration (webhook, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot), participation results and leads for their quizzes (name, email, phone, marketing consent, quiz and result name) are sent to the destination they choose (for example Zapier, Google Sheets, their email marketing account or their own server). Processing after delivery follows that creator's own policy.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

6. Retention and your rights

Account data and quizzes are kept until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Deleting a quiz also deletes its participation records and lead contact details. Creators can also delete individual leads.
